Tradit review

At Tradit, the fee structure is straightforward — the platform charges no direct commissions, with trading costs built primarily into the spread. All fees are transparently explained on their website.

Commission

Tradit operates on a zero-commission model. There are no platform fees charged on trades. Fees may apply on the underlying instruments themselves; clients should refer to Tradit’s product terms for full details.

Spreads

The spread — the difference between the buy and sell price — is Tradit’s primary source of revenue. All spreads are indicative and subject to change based on trading hours and market volatility. They may widen significantly around major economic news announcements.

Forex Spreads

EUR/USD from 0.0003, GBP/USD from 0.0003, AUD/USD from 0.0003, USD/CAD from 0.0003, USD/CHF from 0.0004. Exotic pairs carry wider spreads (e.g. EUR/RUB at 4.00, GBP/ZAR at 0.100).

Stock Spreads

Apple at 3.00, Amazon at 2.50, Google at 4.00, Meta at 12.00, Ferrari at 5.00, H&M at 2.00. Smaller or less liquid stocks may carry wider spreads.

Index Spreads

S&P 500 at 4.00, NASDAQ at 6.00, Dow Jones at 35.00, DAX at 14.00, FTSE at 6.00, CAC 40 at 7.00. BOVESPA: 300.00.

Commodity Spreads

Gold at 3.00, Silver at 0.60, Brent Oil at 0.30, WTI (CL) at 0.22, Natural Gas (NGAS) at 0.04, Copper (COPP) at 0.02. Wheat at 4.00, Sugar at 0.08.

Cryptocurrency Spreads

Bitcoin (BTC/USD) at 1,100.00, Ethereum at 48.00, Solana at 8.00, Litecoin at 2.50, Ripple at 0.12.

Overnight / Rollover Fees

Overnight rollover fees apply to positions held open beyond market close. For stock CFDs this is 0.055% of overnight exposure. Specific swap rates for other instruments should be confirmed with the brokerage team or via the product sheet.

Deposit & Withdrawal Fees

No deposit or withdrawal fees are charged by Tradit. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

Tradit takes its regulatory responsibilities seriously, holding authorisations from some of Europe’s most respected financial watchdogs and operating in full compliance with MiFID II, giving clients across the EEA meaningful legal protection.

MFSA — Malta Financial Services Authority (Primary Regulator, Licence No. GMCP): Tradit’s primary regulator, responsible for supervising all operations of IFH Capital Trader Ltd under Maltese law and EU standards.

MiFID II — Markets in Financial Instruments Directive: The EU-wide regulatory framework ensuring transparency, fair competition, and strong consumer protection across the EEA.

CONSOB — Italy (Reg. No. 5516): Italy’s financial markets regulator, overseeing Tradit’s activities for Italian clients.

KNF — Poland: Poland’s financial supervisory authority, ensuring Tradit’s compliance with Polish financial market regulations.

Finansinspektionen (FI) — Sweden: Sweden’s financial regulatory agency, overseeing Tradit’s services offered to Swedish clients.

Managing your funds at Tradit is designed to be simple, flexible, and cost-free from the broker’s side. The minimum deposit is $200, placing the client at the entry-level Apprentice account tier.

Deposit Methods

Tradit accepts deposits through Visa, Visa Secure, Mastercard (Secure Code), Maestro, Diners Club International, Bank Transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Skrill. Tradit does not charge any deposit fees, though individual payment processors or banks may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Methods

Deposit and Withdrawal Fees

Tradit charges no deposit fees and no withdrawal fees. Any charges that arise are solely the responsibility of third-party payment providers.

Opening an account at Tradit is completed entirely online. As a regulated firm, Tradit must carry out standard KYC checks before activating live trading. Minimum required documents: a scanned colour copy of your passport or national ID, and a utility bill or bank statement from the last six months confirming your address. You will also complete a compliance questionnaire, which includes confirming your trading experience. The onboarding process typically takes at least 10 minutes and live account approval may take up to several days, and may require additional documentation to be provided. You cannot make real trading transactions until compliance is complete, though the educational environment is accessible immediately.

Tradit offers two main client categories — Retail and Professional — with Retail accounts further divided into twelve deposit-based tiers, plus a built-in educational trading feature for new clients.

Educational Positions (New Client Feature)

Every new Tradit client is given five risk-free educational positions. During these first five trades, any losses are credited back to the trading account and any profits are reversed. This helps new clients get comfortable with the platform without the fear of losing capital. Educational positions carry a maximum leverage of 1:20 and are available on select instruments only.

Retail Accounts (12 Tiers)

Retail accounts come with full regulatory protections including negative balance protection, segregated client funds, access to the Investor Compensation Scheme, and the right to lodge complaints with the Financial Ombudsman. Leverage limits are in line with MiFID II (max 1:30 Forex, 1:20 Commodities/Indices, 1:5 Stocks/ETFs, 1:2 Crypto). Tiers:

Professional Accounts

Traders who meet at least two of the MiFID II eligibility criteria may apply for Professional Client status: (1) 10+ significant-size transactions per quarter in the past year; (2) financial instrument portfolio exceeding €500,000; or (3) at least one year of professional experience in the financial sector. Professional status unlocks higher leverage — up to 1:200 on Forex and select Commodities, 1:100 on Indices, 1:10 on Stocks/ETFs, and 1:5 on Synthetic Derivatives. Professional clients relinquish eligibility for the Investor Compensation Fund and the right to complain to the Financial Ombudsman. Negative balance protection and segregated funds are still maintained.

The XCITE desktop platform is accessible directly through any web browser — no software download required. It features advanced charting (line and candlestick), a live economic calendar to track market-moving events, real-time market data, and price alerts. Most notably, the desktop platform features Signals powered by Autochartist — an automated market scanning tool that analyses historical data, identifies chart patterns, applies probability filters, and highlights periods of higher volatility.
